Check the cable going to the sun touch from the IC40

I have disconnected the cable and reconnected the cable but no change - Power & Cell light is out and comm link error still shows on the Sun Touch.

Have you cleaned the cell?

Yes the cell is completely clean.

I forgot to mention that the pool installation is still under warranty, but the installer will not respond to calls or emails.

If it is under warranty but you have an unresponsive PB, you can contact Pentair directly. They will send out a warranty technician for you.

Correct just call Pentair do yo have any receipts? Or did you do the warranty registration ?

Don't add any more salt until you get this figured out because too much salt is a whole nother problem to fix. Good luck.
