We have a brand new pool (installed in the fall and completed just a few weeks ago) and are having trouble getting the heater to behave properly. I'm hoping someone can give me a little guidance. We have a pool but no spa. Our problem has been that the heat seems to be continuously running not matter what the temperature is set at. The pool company is having the electrician come out because they think that it's the fan that is actually running all the time not the actual "heat". Now, back to my question.... I see that there are temp1 and temp2 on the PDA. Temp1 is set to 75 and Temp2 is set to 60. Initially, both Temp1 and Temp2 were enabled. Is that right? Should both be enabled or should only one of them be enabled since I do not have a spa? I turned off Temp2 to see if that might help my problem.
Thanks for your thoughts.
