Pentair NT 250 won't run

I tried to turn our heater on yesterday and all I got was a quick blip of 88.8, three dashed lines and then all blank. The first two green lights on the left side remained on but nothing else works. I opened it up and checked all the connections and wires but nothing looked out of place. The unit is about 8 years old and has had about everything replaced at least once. Any ideas on why it won't run?
