 o
caulk/silicone for waterfall

I need opinions on a silicone or caulk that will withstand water submersion without peeling. My masonry guy built a waterfall on our spa spillway out of flagstone; one flat piece for the water to run off & two vertical sides. I would like to caulk the seams between the side walls and flat base piece. Any suggestions? The flagstone is gray, so I would want a colored gray caulk. Thanks in advance!

Kitchen and Bath GE caulk is silicone. Paint aisle in Home Depot. Don't use DAP, use GE. If it has Microban, so much the better but not a critical item. Comes in colors.
