| We have been surprised at how difficult it is to find someone who knows both the Pentair VS-3050 and the Suntouch system who can do an install in the Calabasas area. There are tons of pools here.
What we want seems simple. We have a dead pump. After a lot of research, and asking the manufacturer, we settled on a Pentair VS 3050 and a Suntouch system. 15,000 gallon pool from the 1980s, The Pool Cleaner, solar, no separate gas heater. Just a pump, filter, and solar. We would like someone who knows these systems. We have run into a string of people who either don't want to do solar at all, or don't know what to do with a variable speed pump and solar. We sent home one installer when he described basically leaving the pump on full in the afternoon, rather than letting the sensors and programming do what they should. Any help is much appreciated. Pentair factory help is very very good on equipment compatibility and selection, but they don't want to give out installer names. |
