No, you wont see "damage". Maybe some discoloration over time, but with constant sprinkler overspray, there isn't many materials that would hide the overspray/residue over time.

Just make sure you have a well constructed concrete border on the most outside borders... a soldier course, even on a radius deck border, is highly recommended to avoid small triangular corner pieces popping off.
