I've used the outdoor concrete paint from Home Depot - looked great and lasted years. You can get any light color you want - they can tint it for you. Put it on with a roller. Easy. And cheap.

Sundek is not paint, it's an acrylic texture knocked down and sealed with a colored sealer.
