Stone options around a salt pool

This is my first pool build and first post. Thank you in advance to all the generous contributors. This forum is nothing short of amazing especially for a novice.

We are building a fairly large salt water pool system in Dallas, TX (design pic included if you are interested). Our house is done is an off white brick, almost a light yellow. Would like to find a very light stone (near white, some yellow/tobacco accents) to use on the grotto and other surfaces. We liked one called Austin Block but it is a limestone and we have been cautioned against limestone with salt. Lueders choices all look too gray and I think it is a limestone too. Does anyone have any recommendations/experience of very light stone that is compatible with salt? Please let me know if you have any questions about specs. Thanks again.
