Presidential built us a great pool (and did our decking and landscaping) on time and on budget.

A few things went wrong with subcontractors they used in the Maricopa area and they absolutely over responded to fix them.

They believe strongly in customer service and have exceptional people. I can't say enough about the folks they have there.

You started the process on a great forum. Im sure some will chime in with recommendations. I cant advertise, but look around, read some posts and search like you are. Check current reviews on the big builders as you move along...a lot to learn about them and recent changes in those companies. Best of luck!

Thanks for the feedback. I stopped by California pools today and was surprised that the salesman wasn't like the used car salesmen at Shasta & Presidential. They also said they had no problem putting in some pre plumbing if I wanted to add my own water feature later which was nice to hear since Presidential said they wouldn't do that. The Shasta guy made several claims about their stuff which through a bit more research I've discovered are not true so I'm going to be crossing them off my list. The hunt continues. :)
