We have a pool and a private outdoor shower. We ask guest to use the shower before getting in the pool or spa. We also ask them to use it when returning from the beach so the sand does not get in the house. We shower the little kids out there for fast clean-up after a day at the beach or in the pool. This gives the adults time for a nice hot shower inside by themselves.

Link below is to an old outdoor shower thread with photos of our shower that is connected to our cabana...Still have the outdoor shower, we use it all the time in the summer, highly recommend having one....but we've since demolished the old porch and bath and replaced it with a "real" bathroom that can be accessed from outside as well as in as part of our new addition.
