I'm in central Nj and we have gotten a few estimates to have an inground pool installed.
We got quotes on vinyl liner pools because they fit our budget.
Both concrete walls and the Steel wall, steel being the more affordable.

My question is, both companies we got our quotes from have no problem installing a tanning ledge or sun deck, or whatever they are called. Basically an enlarged first or second step, so that you can put a lounge chair in and lay on it.

My worries are that the liner will not hold up to the chair, or having the chairs constantly wanting to float away.
Also, which height makes the most sense for a sun deck?

Anyone have this done? Is it something you would recommend? I'm just worried about future problems...
