Houston, TX. area pool builder

I have been asked to finish a pool started by a Houston area PB whose name starts with an "H" who apparently is not completing this pool and may not be in business any longer. Their web site is still up. Confirm for yourself.

Who cares, if they are bugging out, expose them, less crap in the skimmer to clean out IMO.
