Is there anyone extremely knowledgeable in the Northern NJ area to hire to train an owner in pool care? I have a 1 year old gunite pool and I do not want to pay a pool company hundreds or even thousands of dollars per season to maintain the proper chemical levels in my pool on a weekly basis. I know it's not extremely difficult, but I would like to learn the right way to take proper care of my pool. I believe last year that I averaged close to $100 per week over an 18 week period in terms of the service and the chemicals. I'm sure I can do it for a lot less myself, but I want to make sure I get the proper training. IâÂÂm sure that all I would need is a couple of hours of training at the most.
I still plan on using the pool company to open and close the pool. ItâÂÂs really the weekly service that IâÂÂm concerned with.
