The bond beam specs are missing. Cut the rolled edge of a paper cup off and lift the cup. It held water but had no structural integrity. A pool is no different in that respect.

A 5 ton waterfall needs a prepared bed to sit on and additional reinforcement. It isn't stated here and is needed or the weight will press the shell into the pool.

The overflow should be connected at the autofiller. Only one port is needed in the pool. While grate is nice, it isn't normally considered a submerged suction and should not be subject to VGB compliance but every town's engineer is different.

You have two water features, the waterfall and bubblers. You have only one water feature pump listed but 6 drains. Are there two water feature pumps?

You would do better with Jandy's variable speed pump for the pool/spa combo. During normal filtration, low and slow is best but the spa will need higher speeds.

What spa jets? What size air and water loops here?

Many builders limit distances for gas and electric. Check yours and don't forget the distances needed in the home too!

I like RS-8 controllers. They can more easily be made into 16 relay systems.

I personally like seeing any 2-HP or greater pump using 2.5" plumbing on all the drains to the equipment.
