| Hi All, We have our quotes and are ready to make a decision. In your experience, are pool builders very negotiable on the quotes or is it a "take it or leave it" type of pricing?

| We were able to negotiate additional items: Free Jandy salt system & enclosure w/PDA4, upgraded pool size, cantilevered edging, tile upgrade, etc. Pool quote stayed the same, but we negotiated more toys. |

| I agree ... we were able to get some other things that we were on the fence about added in to our contract for the same agreed upon price. Good luck with your decision! |

| I think it depends on how hungry the builders are. I think negotiating for extras is good. It seems to me like you might be able to work on the price a bit since the economy is still down - not that I'm advocating for running someone into the ground, but there might be some flexibility :). Let us know how it turns out! |

| Depends where you are. Our pb threw in electrical, SWG and all water features. I could have gotten a DE filter but I wanted sand because less maintenance. |
