| After 19 years, we've decided to no longer use our 20' x 40' above ground FantaSea pool. Its in good condition, but no one was using it. Kids are grown and gone. Given the fixed operating costs, last summer it cost over $100 for each use. We want to decommission it, not tear it down, so it could be brought back to life when we sell the house in the uncertain future. Its now winterized and we periodically pour bleach under the corners of the pool cover. Is there any other minimal maintenance we should be doing? Thanks. |

| House value will go up, not down, if you completely remove a 20 year old above ground pool. |
