| We were told that we couldn't use cool decking because of the freezing conditions here in the winter in Eastern WA. I'm not so sure that is the case. Does anyone have any info on that? Also, we were thinking about putting a quartz overlay and it's going to cost quite a bit because of the prep work and the product itself. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do? Thanks |
