What is good for cleaning the pool cover?

It's almost time to clean and remove the pool cover. I know I'm still a month or two away, but I want to be ready..lol What is really good for getting the black stains completely off of a vinyl cover? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Dirt, mold or sap?

I think its just dirt (black). Standing water tends to leave a black ring as well. I thought there might be some kind of special Vinyl cleaner out there.

My friends swear by "303" for their spa cover and boat cushions. Said that they used the "original" (aerospace protectant?) and kept everything looking like new.
It's expensive, but I'm buying a bottle of it off Amazon.

Spray 9 works well also. Stubborn stuff gets some Clorox. My power washer will get it on there. I then use a pool brush for a quick scrub and the power washer to rinse it off. Let it dry and then fold it up. I do this before I remove the cover.
