Anyone have any experience choosing a Hyrdrazzo pool finish color and if so, any pictures that I can seel. I'm trying to choose a color right now and I'm finding it very difficult without seeing the actual color. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

While Hydrazzo is as smooth as it gets, it isn't going to stay that way. After some years, it will feel like and wear like any other plaster based finish. Just an FYI.

Does Hydrazzo not have a longer lifespan than regular plaster? How long would you say that it does last?

Plaster 8 to 10
Hydrazzo 10 to 12 if its really well cared for, else its 8 to 10 also.
Diamond Brite 10 to 12, maybe 14 if really well cared for.
High Aggregates like Pebble Tec or Wet Edge 25 +

Here on the west coast it is not uncommon to have plaster last 20 years. Perhaps harsher climates will deminish plaster life.
The same goes for Diamond Brite and Hydrazzo. Pebble Tec will last longer.
I think maintenance plays a big roll in the longevity of your plaster/hydrazzo/Peb-Tec surface along with climate.

Weather is a big factor too, gg. The freeze-thaw cycles really play havoc with its life span.
