Beach entry

So I am trying to decide between vinyl and gunite.

The only reason I have for gunite at this point based on research is because I really want a beach entry, and from what I can tell, that is the only thing that I want that really cannot be done on vinyl.

If I decide not to get beach entry, which I Really want, I will definitely go vinyl.

My question is those who have a beach entry, are you happy you got it?

And those who passed on it, and thought about it, do you regret not getting it?
