Pentair Mini Max NT - heater not working

Heater is approx 7-8 yrs old. No error codes other than 1 flash on the Fenwal indicating airflow fault and there are 2 green leds lite on the back of the DDTC which are the HiTemp and the Tfuse. (the PV and the Fan are "NOT" on)
The fan does not come on at all and there is 24v at the ignition module and at the TH. Checked the thermal fuse and it appears good. Bypassed the airflow switch but no change on starting the fan.
Could it be the ignition module? Does the ignition module send to the fan?

If there is no call for heat there will be no fan, or PV codes.

What about the lights on the front of the panel? Which are lit?
