| We are building a pool in Maricopa AZ (see rendering below) - we don't need a huge pool as the development we're in has a large neighborhood pool as well as a separate heated lap pool. We're mainly going to be there over the winter so want a spa. The pool is 24 long and 12 wide rectangle 3.5-5-4 and will mainly be used for soaking and playing vball. We have teenagers (13 and 15). On the photo attached the tanning ledge looks too small - any advice on minimum size for two chairs would be appreciated. We're going to move the umbrella to the south side of the ledge (the edge near the fire pit) so it's out of the water and also shades the whole ledge. Here are the specs we were given - they itemized each element but I took the detailed prices out - the total is $39,500 before tax and doesn't include the plants etc (the softscape is about $4000 as designed): JURISDICTION SURCHARGES (permits, eng., codes) . POOL SIZE AND DEPTH . EXCAVATION . PLUMBING . ELECTRICAL & CONTROLLERS . POOL DECKING AND PATIOS . 1094 ft Non Tumbled Concrete Phx 3 piece pattern (includes 325' for Under patio) INTERIOR FINISH . TILE . SPA WITH POOL . HEATING, GAS & CHILLING . FIREPIT 5 Equipment wall up to 60" Includes Stucco and Paint |
