| I thought the midnight blue PT already had the simmering sea in it; of course you can always add more. You might want to check with the local PT installer to verify. |

| The pebbletech website shows that shimmering sea comes in the mix for PS only and needs to be added as an upcharge in PT. I have some concerns about the cost if it does not last very long. |

| We have Black Onyx Pebble Sheen, without any added shells. Before choosing this color, we went to see a pool that had the Black Onyx with the shells, which convinced us not to have the shells added. They may do it differently now, but at that time (2004), the shells were "hand seeded" -- think of a farmer tossing out chicken feed, or a card dealer tossing out the cards to the players -- and the result is rather uneven. Anyway, the Black Onyx is the Pebble Sheen equivalent of Black Pearl Pebble Tec, which is "one step" darker than the Black Marble Pebble Tec. Here's a photo taken shortly after the pool was filled, which shows the water color:

| wow your finish looks amazing. I love black marble but my wife wins out again.... she likes midnight blue. they still hand toss the shimmering sea. We will see how it turns out, my PB says the it contrasts great with the dark finish. |
