Hello Everyone,

I hope that everyone is enjoying the holidays and had a great Christmas! We began and finished the demolition phase of our project. We are actually removing a large pool to make room for a smaller one and increasing space for our kid(s). The demo took a week of jackhammering and wheel barrels. The person who came out to give the estimate did not realize that their companies BobCat would not fit down our side yard, so it was necessary to do the entire demo essentially by hand. To their credit, they did the work and did not try to increase the contracted price. I think we really lucked out on that one! Enjoy the pics, I will keep them coming throughout the phases of the project.
