Posting a pic, I dont get it!! Can you help??

Hello, okay I took a pic of my plan. I put the pic of plan onto PhotoBucket. I logged onto Gardenweb, posted to the discussion forum. Tried to add pic from PhotoBucket, (had problems) Finally got the pic on the post. It was on the preview. But after submitting the pic was gone!!!! What am I doing wrong?? So what does cut and paste really mean?? I tried following directions in the posting photos post, Please help!!
