We broke ground in Tampa!

I've been lurking and asking questions on here since July but I can finally post (or try to) a picture now that we officially have a hole!! They started digging yesterday and are done with the hole today- hoping for concrete in it by Tues. We can't wait!! We promised not to show anyone pics until it's all done - pavers, screen cage, etc. This is the hardest thing I've ever done not sending out pics every night - so I'm so glad I can share them with you all!!

I hope this works!

Great photos, and CONGRATULATIONS on breaking ground! So, how many reptilian "visitors" will you get from the lake...?!?

Congratulations! It's fun, isn't it?
I'm happy to say that I am enjoying the process.
We've had a couple of glitches, but overall
it is something we will look back on with smiles.
But you have to share pix here...with others who have
the same "obsession" with their pools...nobody else really
gets it. =D

Thanks Sally and Melissa! No gators in the pool hole yet - I am eager to get the screen up though!! The pool passed inspection today so we're getting concrete tomorrow. Meanwhile we're putting a second story veranda up ourselves - so it's really busy in that backyard these days!!
