Your pool is beautfiul, very picturesque especially with the marina in the background. Do you have another picture from the opposite angle showing the spa and the rock work? I would love to see it.

Thanks!! Here is another picture facing the spa. My husband always had the idea of a little stream from the hot tub to the pool after we saw a similar idea at the Wilderness Lodge at Disney (on a much larger scale). We originally wanted a spa built direcly in the ground, but because of the flatness of our yard and the expense of building up the yard and creating a retaining wall, we decided to build it like this. We bought the rocks ourselves at a local nursery (Mexican Beach Pebbles). My husband actually broke his hand laying the rocks down as he dropped one in the pool and he went head first right after it. It took him about 20 minutes to tell me he hurt it because when he came back up I said, "Don't jump in the pool like that, you'll break your neck!"

Very nice, it looks like you have alot of privacy around your spa area with the tees and all. I can see the water trickling off the rocks into the pool. Hopefully that area wasn't too deep when he jumped in.

Wow it looks great. What type of deck do you have? How is it on your feet? How much was it?

Thanks!! The deck is travertine and it stays cool in the sun. I live in Fort Lauderdale.
