I am at the design stages for my pool and have been looking for flagstone and coping similar to your-I am assuming that yours are man made products and any information you could give me would be great. I am wanting a pool similar to yours without the rock waterfall and
the first pool contractor that came out told me that the pool which I wanted (16'x36'w/spa and 7'deep)would be over 100k and I was going to do the final landscaping and take care of excavating--sounds very high to me.

Yes, 100K does sound very high. Mine was no where near that high. I am in Texas and location may play a factor.
The flagstone is called Arizona Rose and the decking is called rainbow pebble. Pool measures 33x21,
depth 3/5/4.5. We paid a little extra to raise the spa go with a raised BB vice a retaining wall. We also had a planter placed in back of the waterfall. Be glad to answer any other questions you may have. I'm not sure what you mean by "man made products". This is our first pool and it's been great!
