You might just have a bad faucet cartridge.

You might want to test the house water pressure. Pressure above 70 psi can cause faucet leaks.

You also might be having a thermal expansion problem which can cause spikes well over 100 psi.

Get a water pressure gauge with a tattletale needle and screw it on a hose bib and open the valve. Take a look after 24 hours and see where the tattletale needle is.

Or you might have intermittent pressure spikes from thermal expansion.
