Shower head connector in small neoround stall

I'm replacing an old Ameriwall 33 inch square shower stall with a 32" neoround stall. If I could, I'd install the new showerhead dead in the corner, for best placement of the shower flow in the tiny enclosure. Since I can't find a way to do that, I assume I'll install the drop-ear elbow as close to the corner as I can, but then I'm stuck. I can't locate a short 2"-3" 45 degree chrome elbow that would connect to a showerhead. What fittings do I need to do this job? Help much appreciated!

How about having the water supply just come through the wall? And then attach: 1) an articulated shower arm, or 2) a hand shower set. Either of these would allow you to come straight through the wall and then have the shower head itself be able to move into a good position by the corner. This way you can avoid trying to find a fitting that may not exist.

Think I've found a solution. I've ordered a 1/2" NIP chrome-plated 45ÃÂ° street elbow. With the drop ell mounted as close to the corner as the studs will allow, I'll run the street ell into it, and then mount the shower arm. We'll see if that solves it.
