whistleing /shrill nosie when faucet turned on high

just ihstalled a new 4" small two handle bathroom sink faucet. when either hot or cold handle turned on full or all the way - we get a whistle or shrill noise? all connections are good /took off tip of faucet checked screen.

I've found this effect to be caused by the plastic flow restrictors on the inlet side of 'water saving' devices, primarily shower heads. The flow of water causes them to vibrate at an audible frequency. Removing or modifying the opening in the restrictor usually solves the problem.
