ABS offset flange with spigot connection?

Hi all,
We are in a pickle. The plumber quit, leaving a mess. We have a 3" ABS hub connection that is 3" away from where it should be. We can't find an ABS offset flange with the proper spigot connection on it. Any ideas on how to get this job done?

| The reason you can't find it is because Offset flanges are prohibted by code |

| Yes, that is most definitely in Ma. It is in all the national model codes from which the individual state codes are created. "No offset or reducig flanges" IRC-3002.3.1

Ugh! Any creative ideas on how to make this work? The not so intelligent contractors thought we had a 24", not 30", vanity and now there is possibly not enough room for the toilet between the vanity and wall. Not to mention it being not centered which I don't mind too much at this time.

| You need 30" side to side for the toilet. The center of the drain should be 15" from the sidewall and 15" from the vanity. |
