Kohler cast iron Almond vs Biscuit

Posted by wisconsinmommy (My Page) on

I am having a bit of confusion. I am getting the Kohler Hartland sink. When I went to the plumbing store, I believe they showed me samples of the color options and I choose Almond and it was a lighter color than biscuit, which the associate commented is different than most almond v. biscuit options where almond is more yellow and darker.

Well now I am finalizing my plumbing and when I look online the Almond looks much darker and yellow-er than the Biscuit.

Anyone hear know the difference between Kohlers Almond and Biscuit colors?

I have the Kohler Biscuit and it is lighter than the Almond.

I'd go straight to the Manufacturer.

Biscuit color was introduced to be an off-white, which falls between almond and plain white.

Almond is the darker and yellower color. Biscuit is a creamy off white that most closely matches with other maker's "bone" color.
