proper pitch for drain pipe under floor?

Hello, I will be installing a washer and dryer in my upstairs closet that backs up to a bathroom. I need to run the drainage pipe from the washer under the floor (7 feet) to the stack. I don't no the formula for figuring the right amount of pitch for the pipe per foot.

Does anyone know how I figure this out? Also I want to use those new flexible water lines instead of copper does anyone have any pro or cons on them? They would be a lot easier to snake through the walls.

Thanks for reading my post
