Help identifying old faucet brand (pics)?

We need to replace a 3-handle shower/tub faucet in our 1930's house because it is really grungy and it's not working right. I've gone to several plumbing stores and showed them pictures of it and nobody knows the brand of it.

They did tell me that the 3-handle deals are not to code anymore unless they already exist and then it's OK to replace, but that different models have different threads and that I'd need to know what they are before I can figure out what to buy for replacement.

Anyone recognize this relic? It doesn't have a brand name on it. I'd just like to be able to replace the fixtures and not the valves because there is a complicated closet situation behind it.

I also want to replace the drain because it's really disgusting. They said they have to do it from under the house, which sounds like a pain.

Help!
