Single drum sound after toilet flush

About 10 seconds after our only toilet flushes we here a single drum sound. The toilet works fine. What might it be?
Its not coming from the toilet or tank. |

| Could be water hammer when the toilet fill valve closes. Can you reproduce this sound if you open a cold water tap nearby and then shut the water off quickly? |
