removing a full bathroom

we have a bathroom that is poorly located.(opens to dining area, yuk) had it closed off for a few years. We are now remodeling and have decided to use the space to be a pantry for the kitchen. I am now ready to gut the room and move a wall. But what I don't know is what do I do about drains and vents? Is it fine to simply cut and cap?(raised foundation) We are also reroofing so the vents to the roof can be removed completely during the process.

It depends on your other baths? In my house the baths are stacked and share vents and drains. I would not be able to cap anything.

single story and does not share a vent Hate to remove a bath but much easier and cost effective than moving a kitchen and diningroom.
