My contractor installed 2 inches universal NPT drain body under shower pan but I did not like the shower drain grate.

I like Art Carved Drain but it's in BSPP kind, so I need to get adapter and have to glue them together.

The vendor told me to get 3M-550 Adhesive Used With Drain Adapter
I'm also interested in 3M 760 Hybrid Adhesive because of it's low VOC feature.

But my contractor told me to use Epoxy instead, Do you know which one is the better?
What kind of Epoxy will I need to get?
