Our Toto Drake toilet is about 3 years old and is not filling correctly or all the way. When we flush, the water pulses loudly and slowly and when it stops, there's not much water in the bowl. Anyone have this problem or have an idea what we can do to fix it?

Does it act strange when you run other stuff that drains into the same line? Just wondering if you maybe have a clogged vent stack rather than a problem with the Toto. I'd still probably call Toto and see if they have a suggestion for what to check.

That's an excellent thought, thanks. When we flush the toilet, other things have started to make the pulsing sound or thumping, like the ice maker in the fridge and another toilet. I'll call Toto and look into the clogged vent too.
