The collection you can see is only an indicator of what has collected inside pipes.
Start disposal running and while wearing eye protection,feed ice cubes into it. Do it routinly once a month. In the future,ALLWAYS use cold water while running disposal.
Sad to inform that only a plumber can dislodge that in pipes when they completly stop flowing.

Thanks klem1, fortunately, we use only cold water to wash our dishes & utensils & run the disposal.

The ice cube things is new to us & will have to take an indepth look into that.

Doesn't clean as well as pressure washer but doesn't make near the mess either.
