Question about water supply hoses for washing machine

Posted by sooz (My Page) on

I think it's time to change out our old hot and cold water supply hoses.

I'd like to continue to avoid any problems with water leakage or cracks. Someone recommended I use stainless steel wire braided water hoses for the cold water and hot water hoses.

Any other recommendations? I'm going to post over on appliances too.

Thanks!!

Sooz

Recommend these combined with bronze goose-neck connectors for strain-relief. Both available at the site. I've had them at two locations for about seven years, now.

I am retail customer/user only. No other interest in the product or vendor.

goose-neck fittings.

In case you are unable to find at site. I like these for strain-relief regardless of type of hose selected.
