I am considering installing a european towel warmer (or towel radiator as the call it in england) on my hot water circulating loop. is there any reason this will not work? also, is the watts brand of circulating pumps a good quality or would u recommend a grundfos?

Dude, just buy an electric towel warmer and be done with it.

It's stupid to waste that much energy for a hot towel, not to mention the energy in removing that heat from the building in the summer.

An electric towel warmer will do the trick while you are in the shower and will only be on when you need it.
