Do I need to buy a flange?

I'd like to install an Insinkerator Evolution Essentials with a Rohl Shaw Farm Sink. Does the disposer include a flange as part of the mounting? And if so, will it work with the Rohl Shaw sink? I've seen flanges sold separately but am unclear if that is just for design preference (e.g., different colors) vs. the flange must be purchased separately

Please advise. Thank you

IIRC, the GD may come with a flange, but it is a small (short) one that wont work with a clay sink, which is thicker and the flange needs to be longer.

The trick is getting the right one that is compatable with the insinkerator. Without looking, I think it requires a flange that has a 'ripple' on the end (so the mount has something to grab on to).
