Excellent Customer Service from Jacuzzi

I have not posted in a long time, but I had to come on and give the customer service at Jacuzzi a rave. I contacted them via email about a part I needed.
All I wanted was the correct part no. They told me the part was covered under a lifetime warranty and sent it to me free of charge.
In less than a week I was up and bubbling again.
If you are considering a large purchase like a jetted tub, consider the customer service and warranty.
There are other appliances I have purchased that I know I could not just call customer service and get a part.
