Kitchen Faucet - Standard Hole Size?

Posted by Crystal6145 (My Page) on

Is there a standard hole size for kitchen faucets? They are installing the granite tomorrow, but I think the faucet I chose is too tall and I will have to get another. Do all or most faucets use a certain size hole so I can go ahead and have them drill it in the granite? What about the soap dispensers? Thanks for any help.

1-3/8" is standard, and they know it.
