Pros and Cons - wall mounted toilets, fixtures

I am woking with a very small space for a bathroom and I was think it would save space and make the space visually seem more spacious if I can do wall mounted fixtures. I am looking at the following:

1. Wall mounted toilet like Toto Aquia
2. Wall mounted sink with some mini vanity like Dreamline which has a sink and a couple of drawers
3. Wall mounted faucets like Grohe or Jado

Should we do? My DH is worried that this will make the installation complicated and repairs even more so.

Please advise..

Is this new construction or a remodel?
If it's a remodel, there will be significant demolition and plumbing (and cost) involved to reconfigure the drain for the toilet.
There will also be a lesser degree of demolition required for the lavatory faucets.

Toto Aquia is not a wall mounted toilet.
