| Moen bathroom faucet, 2 lever handles.

What do I need to do and Does the cap on the top of the handle pop off or screw off?? |

| Have you seen one that still run's a little with handle in the shut position?? But to totally shut the water off, one has to move the handle a little bit to the on position for it to turn off --- and if I move it further on it operates ok. It's just a pain to turn totally off. |

| Call Moen. It probably needs a new cartridge and they'll send you one for free. |

| I emailed Moen. I popped the cap off -- got the screw out and handle off but there No adjustment that I can see so a cartridge is needed I assume. |
