Venting/drain question.
I've got a basement sewage ejection system. It's got a 2" discharge pipe and 2" vent line coming out of the top. The question: is there any risk in tying a small bath sink drain into the vent line about 12" above the ejector tank? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Need advice.

Sewage ejectors are required to have a separate dedicated vent all the way through the roof.

Code prohibits connecting it to any other vent in the house or connecting or venting any fixture to the sewage ejector vent.

Do you happen to have a floor cleanout near where you want to put the sink?

Thanks for the quick reply. Nope on the floor clean out. Code aside, is there any inherent risk in tying the drain in to the vent line?
