| If you have a double sink do you still need a vent? does the second sink serve as the vent? |

| The second sink is still on the upstream side of the trap. The vent is required to permit airflow into the line on the downstream side of the trap, so to answer your question, yes, if you have two or even three sinks, You still need a vent. |
