2 way cleanout question

Hello,
We have a sewer clean out with an above ground riser. Wondering if there is a way to tell whether it is a 2 way clean out, or just one way, by looking inside the riser with a flashlight.
Unable to find any info on this on the internet. Hoping someone can answer. Thanks--

Probably one way-- in the direction in which the waste water typically flows. The waste line running to the outside cleanout from the building should have a cleanout in the building at the nearest fitting that is 45 degrees or more.
